This outfit is absolutely gorgeous and stunning, and surprisingly simple! It is fancy and beautiful, perfect for any formal event. To put it together, first go to Spy Island. Go into the B.A.D. bistro and costumize the fancy lady's dress and pearl necklace. Next fly to Cryptids Island and get the hair of the lady dressed in black to the right of the kite shop.
